In the beginning...

The decision to buy a house wasn't a sudden one but was an idea who's time had come...and gone, and come again and .... you get the general idea.

After 1 unsuccessful bid on a 50 year old single family residence, the bid for 4405 Strawberry Park Drive was accepted by the sellers on July 1, 2004. At the time of writing, escrow has not closed but all loan paperwork has been signed.
